You will have access to all parts of the property except for the caretakers suite and the garage.

We do have a care taker that lives on the property as per city bylaws in the District of Summerland. They have their own self contained suite above the garage, you do share laundry facilities with them and are available in the case of an emergency as we do not live locally.
