Almost lakefront living in beautiful Summerland, 15 minutes from Penticton, 40 minutes to Kelowna. Located directly across from Peach Orchard Park which features a boat launch, beach access, picnic area and a spray park for the kids. Stunning views, fully equipped kitchen with three bedrooms and two living areas. Recently renovated. This is a quiet neighbourhood, no parties. Caretaker lives onsite.
You will have access to all parts of the property except for the caretakers seperate suite and the garage.
Quiet, family neighbourhood. Located across the street from Peach Orchard Park which has a boat launch, beach access, picnic area, waterpark and playground.
There is parking on the property for three vehicles, public transportation is not easily accessible.
We do have a care taker that lives on the property as per city bylaws in the District of Summerland. They have their own self contained suite above the garage, you do share laundry facilities with them and are available in the case of an emergency as we do not live locally.
